I. Mô tả công việc

  • Nghiên cứu và đánh giá thị trường để tìm ra các sản phẩm tốt , sản phẩm tiềm năng, sử dụng các mạng xã hội như facebook, twitter,… các công cụ từ khóa, trending.
  • Tìm kiếm những ý tưởng thiết kế mới, độc đáo, sáng tạo để phát triển những sản phẩm này
  • Triển khai chiến dịch thử nghiệm và bán sản phẩm trên Amazon, Google, Facebook, Instagram,…

II. Yêu cầu trình độ, kỹ năng và khả năng tối thiểu

  • Am hiểm về màu sắc, tư duy thẩm mỹ, sáng tạo tốt.
  • Tư duy tốt về layout , bố cục.
  • Kỹ năng sắp xếp công việc tốt.
  • Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Thái độ làm việc tích cực, chăm chỉ, ham học hỏi, có tinh thần trách nhiệm, chủ động và nhiệt tình trong công việc.
  • Ưu tiên các bạn Sinh Viên mới ra trường.

III. Quyền lợi

  1. Chế độ đãi ngộ 
  • Lương: Lương cứng + Thưởng KPI nếu đạt mục tiêu đề ra. Mức lương sẽ trao đổi trực tiếp khi phỏng vấn.
  • Phụ cấp ăn trưa : 600.000/tháng
  • Xét tăng lương 6 tháng/lần, được đề xuất lương theo năng lực của bản thân.
  • Thưởng thêm khi đạt và vượt mục tiêu đề ra.
